Please read the description for the space you are Reserving. Setup is from 3-9 pm Friday October 6th. Event day is Saturday October 7th. All sales are final. All exhibitors must have a completed form before you can set up. We will send a reminder email 30 days before event. Do not reserve a spot for which you do not qualify for. Read the space description. Sold out spaces will then have a wait list contact us to be added to that list. Setup and check in is on Friday only ,no one will be allowed to setup after this. Tables are forfeit if not checked in on Friday. No refunds will be given no exceptions. Thank you.


10ftx10ft space for exhibitors to sell their items. Banners cannot exceed 6ft tall. Must bring your own table and chairs. Space comes with 2 wristbands. Table sharing is not allowed. Any items can be sold in this section except prepared food. Setup is 3pm-9pm Friday evening

10ftx20ft space for Premium exhibitors to sell their items in a high traffic area. No banner height restrictions. Tents are allowed. Space comes with 4 wristbands, 2 8ft tables, and 4 chairs. Table sharing is not allowed. Any items can be sold in this section except prepared food. Setup is 3pm-9pm Friday evening
$125 (until May 1st) $150 after. Spots are limited and are first come first serve.
